This website is operated by The PE Toolkit who are a trading name of Willow Tree Publications Limited (referred to as "The Company/we/our/us"). As user of this website and our services (referred to as "you/your/purchasing institution/buyer") you acknowledge that any use of this website including any downloads and purchases you make ("use/using") is subject to our terms and conditions below:
1. Inspection Copies, Order & Delivery
1.1 The products on this website are not available in their entirety for inspection. The Company will however, send a selection of sample resources via post or e-mail upon request.
1.2 We accept orders via our online shop, e-mail, post and telephone.
1.3 Order forms are available via download from the website or by post.
1.4 Wherever possible a purchase order number should be included with postal or e-mail orders.
1.5 An acknowledgement of your order will be sent by e-mail (only if you have purchased online, sent it by e-mail or your e-mail address has been included on the postal order form, and can be clearly read).
1.6 All orders will be dispatched within 14 days of receipt of the order. With the exception of Learning Walls orders which will be dispatched within 28 days. If there is an issue with any order and the period is likely to be longer you will be notified.
2. Payment
2.1 An invoice will be sent to the purchasing institution within 7 days of delivery of the goods.
2.2 Full payment of the order must be made within 28 working days of the date on the invoice.
2.3 We accept payment via Credit/Debit Cards through Google Checkout, PayPal, Cheque or BACS. Cheques should be made payable to 'Willow Tree Publications Limited'. Account details for BACS payment can be found on the invoice.
3. International Orders
3.1 We accept orders from outside the UK. We advise you contact us directly prior to payment being made.
3.2 Goods will only be dispatched when payment is made in full via Credit/Debit Cards through Google Checkout, PayPal, or BACS.
3.3 Shipments to addresses outside the UK are sent at cost. You will be advised of the exact cost prior to shipment.
3.4 All orders will be dispatched within 14 days of receipt of the payment. With the exception of Learning Walls orders which will be dispatched within 28 days. If there is an issue with any order and the period is likely to be longer you will be notified.
4. Returns, Refunds and Warranty
4.1 In the event of the Buyer cancelling the order after it has been dispatched, they will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to The PE Toolkit.
4.2 We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from the Company. It is our aim to offer you value and quality at outstanding prices. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging. Providing it reaches us in its original condition we will provide you with a full refund. If you decide within 14 days that you would like to return an item purchased, you should contact us to arrange for its return.
4.3 The PE Toolkit will, free of charge, within a period of 3 months from the date of delivery of goods which are proved to the reasonable satisfaction of The PE Toolkit to be damaged or defective due to defects in material, workmanship or design, replace such goods. This obligation will not apply where:
4.4 the goods have been improperly altered in any way whatsoever, or have been subject to misuse;
4.5 any maintenance or installation requirements relating to the goods have not been complied with;
4.6 any instructions as to installation, storage and/or use of the goods have not been complied with in all respects;
4.7 any mistakes have been made by the Buyer in the application of Learning Walls; or
4.8 the Buyer has failed to notify The PE Toolkit of any defect or suspected defect within 14 days of delivery where the defect should be apparent on reasonable inspection, or within 14 days of the same coming to the knowledge of the Buyer where the defect is not one which should be apparent on reasonable inspection, and in any event no later than 3 months from the date of delivery.
4.9 The PE Toolkit will refund to the Buyer the cost of carriage on the return of any such defective or damaged goods, and will deliver any repaired or replacement goods to the Buyer at The PE Toolkit’s own expense.
4.10 Any Goods that have been replaced will belong to The PE Toolkit.
4.11 The PE Toolkit's liability for defective or damaged goods shall be limited to replacement or refund of the price payable for such goods.
4.12 The PE Toolkit will not replace lost goods free of charge or at a reduced rate. Replacement for lost items must be paid for in full by the Buyer.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.
5.2 You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website. You further acknowledge that any other use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited and you agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
